Angler's Ale
Angler's Ale

Angler's Ale: Arcadia's original flagship ale! First brewed in 1996, Angler's Ale is a strikingly authentic English-style Pale Ale. Medium-bodied and easy-drinking, this clean, crisp ale boasts well-balanced flavors of caramel, toffee, and toasted malt, with just the right amount of bitterness. A delicate herbal hop finish is provided by Goldings whole leaf hops. Truly a study in balance, Angler's Ale is clean enough to be a perfect thirst-quencher on a hot day, yet complex enough to pair with a wide array of intensely flavored foods.

Recommended Foods: Buffalo Burger, Pizza, Club Sandwiches, Fried Chicken, Aged Sharp Cheddar, Roast Beef with Vidalia Onions.

India Pale Ale
India Pale Ale

Arcadia's IPA is the essence of "beer in balance". Dry-hopped with Columbus hops in our open fermenters, our IPA boasts a bright floral aroma and flavor reminiscent of pine and lemon peel. The pronounced hop bitterness is balanced by a medium-bodied caramel and biscuity malt character with a nutty finish. True to the original English version of this style, our India Pale Ale showcases many subtle earthy bitter notes, rather than the resinous citrus-rind bite often featured in many American-style IPAs. This unique, sessionable brew would have surely pleased British troops stationed in faraway lands.

Recommended Foods: Indian Cuisine, Cajun, Creole, Aged Bleu Cheese, Grilled Seafood or Shellfish

London Porter
London Porter

This is our version of an 18th Century "Smoked Porter". Our London Porter has a subtle accent of beechwood smoked malt, which comes through nicely in the aroma and the flavor. Brewed using seven varieties of premium European malted barley, this full-bodied beer is characterized by hints of chocolate and coffee, and balanced by a long-lingering hoppy bitterness. In a style that generally focuses on malt alone, our London Porter is unique in its rich, smoky, peaty characteristics. It has earthy, grassy notes as well, courtesy of UK Goldings hops.

Recommended Foods: Sharp Cheddar, Smoked Salmon, BBQ or Smoked Meats, Oysters, Mushrooms, Tiramisu, Apple Tart

Scotch Ale
Scotch Ale
Step into the Scottish Highlands with this authentic Strong Scotch Ale. A lovely and deep garnet color is joined by the aroma of plums and toffee in this unique and special ale. Brewed with Maris Otter malted barley from Crisp Maltings, Ltd. in England, the rich and full-bodied feel of this beer brings out flavors of caramel and roasted chestnuts, which is balanced with a clean and crisp alcohol finish, and just the right amount of lingering hop bitterness. A real treat!
Arcadia Nut Brown
Nut Brown Ale

Nut Brown Ale is our Fall/Winter Seasonal, an easy-drinking medium-bodied English-style Brown Ale. Six varieties of premium malted barley provide the beer with a deep, mahogany color and a rich flavor. Hints of cocoa, dates, freshly-baked biscuits and toasted almonds come to the forefront, while the malty, sweet finish is balanced by a smooth bitterness, subtle fruitiness and a mild hop aroma. Although quite smooth and easy on the palate, Nut Brown Ale boasts flavors rich enough to stand up to many hearty foods throughout the cooler months. Look for strong, caramelized malt flavors from the roasted barley that share similar characteristics with the flavors of roasted or grilled meats.

Recommended Foods: Aged Gouda, Creamy Soups, Chili, Steak and Potatoes, Venison Sausage, Grilled Meats, Grilled Roof Vegetables, Brownies

Sky High Rye
Sky High Rye

In honor of our adventurous friends at Sky Dive Inc. in Hastings, Michigan, we crafted a truly adventurous brew in Sky High Rye. A West Coast-style Pale Ale with rye malt, Sky High Rye boasts a massive floral aroma of resinous hops. The hops contribute flavor notes of lemons, peaches, and pine needles, combined with the sweet, malty flavors of toffee and bread. Rye adds a pleasant peppery, spicy note like a fresh slice of pumpernickel bread. Very well-rounded and very drinkable, Sky High Rye will surely inspire adventure in all who taste it.

Avery Brewing

Avery Brewing Company
All Six Packs $11.99/$9.99

Avery has been producing eccentric ales and lagers that defy styles or categories since 1993. Thoroughly American at heart: blending Old World tradition and expertise with ingenuity, creativity and boldness.

India Pale Ale
India Pale Ale (IPA)
In the 1700's one crafty brewer discovered that a healthy dose of hops and an increased alcohol content preserved his ales during the long voyage to India (as depicted in our label) to quench the thirst of British troops. Today, we tip our hat to that historic innovation by brewing Colorado's hoppiest pale ale. Avery IPA demands to be poured into your favorite glass to truly appreciate the citrusy, floral bouquet and the rich, malty finish.

Redpoint Ale (Amber)
Redpoint Ale (Amber)
Some beer lovers enjoy a rich, malty brew, while others go more for hoppy beers. Our brewmaster likes both - as evidenced by this rich and caramelly amber ale with the distinct flavor and bouquet of Cascade hops. Reaching the perfect balance of crystal malt sweetness and hop bitterness took plenty of time and effort, making Redpoint the perfect beer for toasting your most recent success.
Out of Bounds Stout (Irish Dry Stout)
Out of Bounds Stout
(Irish Dry Stout)
This big, roasty stout takes flavor to the extreme. We aren't afraid to use plenty of rich roasted barley and a mountain of hops to give this full-bodied stout that little extra something you've been looking for in a beer.
Farmhouse Ale
Farmhouse Ale
Brewed with Rocky Mountain water, malted barley, malted wheat, hops, black mission figs, hibiscus flowers, white pepper, and a very unique strain of brettanomyces yeast.
Karma Ale (Belgian Pale Ale)
Karma Ale (Belgian Pale Ale)

We believe in Karma. We suspect most of you do, too. It truly is a global concept. Very simply put, "you get what you give." Inspired by this principle and the wonderful farmhouse and pale ales of Belgium, we've created Karma Ale, a decidedly fruity and estery ale, intricate in body and nose, all driven by a unique Belgian yeast strain. Remember, good things DO happen to good people. Here's to being good!

14'ER ESB (Extra Special / Strong Bitter)
14'ER ESB
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.
New World Porter
New World Porter
A traditional black porter, with a surprise twist - it's dry-hopped!! We've expanded the porter category a bit, adding a delightful, dry hop aroma to blend with the sweet caramel and chocolate characteristics of a Robust Porter.
Ellie's Brown Ale
Ellie's Brown Ale
This beautiful, deep russet brew has the sweet and somewhat nutty character of Adam Avery's late (1992-2002) Chocolate Lab, for which it is named. Crystal and chocolate malts give this beer a brown sugar maltiness with hints of vanilla and nuts, while subtle hopping gives it an overall drinkability that's second to none, just like Ellie!
White Rascal (Witbier)
White Rascal (Witbier)
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.
Adding black mission figs for a subtle jammy aspect, hibiscus flowers for an herbal bouquet and hazy sunset hue, and white pepper for a bit of spicy twang, Avery's created FIFTEEN - a unique drinking experience inspired by the wild farmhouse ales of Belgium. Though immensely complex today, more flavor will emerge with time, so throw a few bottles in your cellar for future celebrations. Brewed with Rocky Mountain water, malted barley, malted wheat, hops, black mission figs, hibiscus flowers, white pepper, and a very unique strain of brettanomyces yeast.
